Rope Sequencing Series

Four-Class Series, Sunday's in September

Take your rope work beyond individual ties and learn how to craft smooth, intentional progressions. In this four-class series, you'll explore the art of moving from one position to the next—whether for flow, comfort, or dramatic effect. We'll break down traditional sequences, practice micro- and macro-sequencing, play movement games, and build full scene arcs. Through demos, analysis, and hands-on exercises, you'll learn to create dynamic, adaptable sequences and gain the skills to transition fluidly from setup to finale.

This series is intended to be accessible to intermediate tops and is primarily focused on floor-work sequences.

Prerequisites:

Tops will need a full rope kit. Eight hanks should be sufficient. Tops should also be able to tie a single column tie that won't collapse, demonstrate good tension and rope handling skills, have a solid understanding of consent, negotiation, and anatomy fundamentals, be able to communicate clearly in and out of a scene, and have some floor work experience.

Bottoms should have enough floor work experience to begin developing an awareness of how their body behaves in rope, have a solid understanding of consent, negotiation, and anatomy fundamentals, and be able to communicate clearly in and out of a scene. Bottoms should come prepared to participate actively.
