Unstable Equilibrium - A Partial Suspension Sequence
In this class, we’ll explore a fun partial suspension transition sequence that uses a chest harness and two futos. Along the way, we’ll manage a lot of uplines, find moments of playfulness among all the technical stuff, and really learn the meaning of the word "wobble." This sequence is designed with newer suspenders in mind, offering lots of learning opportunities while staying accessible.
Prerequisites: This class is designed for people with some prior experience with partials or suspensions, but will be accessible to newer suspenders. Tops should know uplines and at least one suspendable chest harness. Bottoms should have enough experience in rope to begin understanding how their body reacts in more stressful ties and be comfortable communicating about any issues both in and out of rope. This should not be your first suspension class!
